The Platinum Gateway Package includes the highest number of features: everything you could possibly need for a superior console experience. With this option you have unlimited access to all available features including extended fraud protection, customizable reports, fully functional customer database and batch upload functionality.
Gold (with Customer Database)
The Gold Gateway Package with Customer Database includes all of the basic Merchant Console functions, as well as customizable reports and full access to the customer database. Optional batch upload functionality and/or extended fraud protection is available.
Gold (with Extended Fraud Protection)
The Gold Gateway Package with Extended Fraud Protection includes all of the basic Merchant Console functions, as well as customizable reports and fully functioning extended fraud protection.

Silver
As the base gateway package, Silver provides all basic Merchant Console functions and can be modified to include batch upload functionality, customer database access, customizable reports and/or extended fraud protection.
USA ePay’s eCheck
USA ePay’s eCheck solutions are pre-built into the gateway as an added feature. Allowing any existing merchant to easily accept checks without having to worry about using a separate program or console. USA ePay merchants access all their check processing capabilities and all their check reports from the same easy-to-use merchant console they use for credit card transactions.
Electronic check verification service converts paper checks into electronic transactions at the point of sale and automatically deposits the funds into your account, utilizing payment terminals and the National Automated Clearing House (ACH) system.
Once you have activated the USA ePay eCheck feature in your merchant account, all of the Merchant Console functions that are used for processing and reviewing credit card transactions will include elements for eChecks as well.
